　　1. Where do you want to live? A place near school, home or bus/subway station?

　　Without a doubt, I would like to live near subway station. There are several reasons for it. First of all, it is easier for me to arrange my time. I am a well-organized person who will make plans for everything in advance. When I want to go to somewhere, the amount of time Ineed to spend on the way will be measurable, which is comforting for a punctual person like me. In addition, subway always arrives on time. You don’t need to waste time waiting for a cab for over half an hour. Last but not least, restaurants, cinemas as well as shopping malls are usually built along the subway, which means I can have access to various activities.

　　2. When you have a lot of assignments and projects to do, what approach would you use in order to finish them in time?

　　I think the most important question is how to prioritize, which means how to perfectly organize your assignments and projects in a time frame, from the most urgent to the least urgent. So first of all, you need to stay organized and know the timeline and deadline of each assignment and project. Each assignment should be laid out into small, manageable tasks. Secondly, you need to divide your time into different slots and then assign the tasks to them. You may also need to limit your leisure time activities and adjust to a new daily and weekend routine. After a solid timetable is created, all you need to do is to keep it.

　　3. Your friend has to work a lot. Please suggest a hobby to him to help him spend his weekend more delightful.

　　I suggest that my friend should join a hiking club which organizes hiking on weekends, which I consider will bring great benefits to my friends’ physical health and psychological health. To begin with, hiking is definitely a beneficial outdoor activity for my friend to keep fit. After working hard during weekdays, he needs a way to free himself from the heavy workload and he’ll be able to strengthen his stamina, which will definitely give him more energy to cope with his job. Moreover, having a tighter connection with nature tends to bring him a good mood and hopefully he’ll forget his worries and stress from work.

　　4. If you can have a part-time job at the university, what position would you choose：a lab assistant, a campus tour guide, or a library assistant? Why?

　　Personally speaking, I’d like to be a library assistant. There’re a couple of reasons. First of all, being a library assistant would enable me to be exposed to a sea of books. As we all know, libraries are the main study resources for students and there’re novels, encyclopedias and all kinds of reference books thus I could have more chances to read more if was a library assistant. In addition, I adore the peaceful environment in the library so I could enjoy the peace and let off my steam if I worked there. Every time I visit the library in my school, the environment there will help me concentrate better.

　　5. Choose ONE of the forms of the technology in the list and tells why it changes (has had great impact) people's lives in your country?

　　Personally, I think computers have the most important impact on people's lives in China .That mainly because it makes our study, work as well as the social life more convenient than before. Take the study for instance, I used to write all my papers by hands, and it'll take me at least um two hours to finish just one paper and now with the computer, and with the software like Office, Words and Excel, it's so easy for me to type all the materials and the content into the computer and send it to the professors by emails.
